Front of House Staff

The Front of House Staff will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of establishment of the company. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our front of house team.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly.
  • Encourage customers to try new or featured menu items.
  • Effectively communicate customer preferences and special requests to the kitchen staff.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle cash and card transactions, provide change, and issue receipts.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
  • Follow established restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Hospitality and Tourism. 
  • Educational background in Tourism and Hospitality would be an advantage.
