The Front of House Staff will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of establishment of the company. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our front of house team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly.
- Encourage customers to try new or featured menu items.
- Effectively communicate customer preferences and special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash and card transactions, provide change, and issue receipts.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Follow established restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards
