Hotel Room Attendant (Housekeeping Staff)

The Hotel Room Attendant will be responsible in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and take pride in creating a positive guest experience.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets
  • Replenish bathroom supplies such as soap and toilet paper.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surface.
  • Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry area.
  • Fold and organize clean linens for efficient distribution.
  • Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure that rooms meet quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment.

 Education and Experience:

  • Certificate III in Housekeeping & Accommodation Operations or Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent preferred. 
  • Proven experience working in commercial housekeeping or hotels.
