The Hotel Room Attendant will be responsible in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and take pride in creating a positive guest experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, sinks, and toilets
- Replenish bathroom supplies such as soap and toilet paper.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surface.
- Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry area.
- Fold and organize clean linens for efficient distribution.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that rooms meet quality and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Education and Experience:
- Certificate III in Housekeeping & Accommodation Operations or Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience working in commercial housekeeping or hotels.
