Role and Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Receive and process hotel reservations through phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
- Ensure accuracy in reservation details and communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness
- Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained.
- Manage and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and messages.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel staff members, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Follow hotel security and safety protocols.
