Food & Beverage Attendant

The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible in overseeing essential day-to-day responsibilities in food and beverage service. This encompasses tasks such as commencing and concluding daily operations, addressing phone inquiries, receiving and processing food and beverage orders, and diligently preparing a variety of meals and beverages.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with menu selection and provide information about specials.
  • Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
  • Answer guest questions and provide information about menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Education and Experience:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Proven experience within a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment.
