The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible in overseeing essential day-to-day responsibilities in food and beverage service. This encompasses tasks such as commencing and concluding daily operations, addressing phone inquiries, receiving and processing food and beverage orders, and diligently preparing a variety of meals and beverages.
Role and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with menu selection and provide information about specials.
- Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Answer guest questions and provide information about menu offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and concerns.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
